Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Summer is coming so it's time to get excited about our upcoming Term 4 disco!

Date: Thursday 30 November 2023 

Time: K-2 students > 6-7pm. 3-6 students > 7-8:30pm

Location: Henry Lawson school hall

Entry Cost: K-2 students is $8.00. 3-6 students is $10.00. 

Entry is to be paid through Flexischools, and will close 12pm Tuesday 28 November 2023.

All food items available in our disco shop will be paid for by cash. Exact amounts (where possible) will be greatly appreciated.

All students are to be signed in/out at class tables located on our basketball court area. 

All students must be accompanied by an adult family member when they enter and leave Abbotsford's school site.

No mobile phones are to be brought into the disco. 

Special Note:

Once again we will be collecting donations for the Aboriginal Children's Service, an organisation that supports many families in our community.

They have requested that the following items are needed the most:

Gift cards / festive food hamper items (non perishable) / new toys / new books. All items may be left unwrapped at our disco door under the GN COLA.
